About Bramley Parish Theatre Players

For more than 100 years, Bramley Parish Theatre Players has been bringing people together through the magic of live theatre.

Based in Bramley, Leeds, we are a friendly and inclusive community theatre company dating back to 1920 when our first productions were performed by members of the Sunday School at St Margaret's Church. Over the years, the group has evolved into the vibrant theatre company that it is today, whilst remaining rooted in the local community and committed to making theatre accessible to everyone.

Today, BPTP is best known for our much-loved annual pantomime. Our most recent productions include Puss in Boots, Red Riding Hood and Snow White. After many years at St Margaret's Church, we moved our productions to Leeds West Academy Theatre, giving us the space and facilities to create bigger, more ambitious productions that consistently exceed audience expectations.

At Bramley Parish Theatre Players, we believe theatre is for everyone. Whether you're an experienced performer, a complete beginner, a backstage enthusiast or just looking to meet new people and try something new, you'll find a place with us.
